Entry Requirements

There is no direct entry to this course. Applicants normally progress after completing QUT's Bachelor of Vision Science within the previous two years with a minimum GPA of 4.00 on QUT's 7-point scale. Students who have not completed that QUT degree must apply for the Bachelor of Vision Science/Master of Optometry dual award; prior overseas optometry study may be assessed for advanced standing. IELTS Academic or One Skill Retake: overall 7.0, with at least 6.5 in listening, reading, writing and speaking. English tests must normally be no more than two years old at course commencement.
