Entry Requirements
Applicants normally need a UK 2:2 honours degree or recognised international equivalent. The course is intended for applicants with an appropriate computing, mathematics, engineering or other quantitative technical background; prior programming knowledge supports study in applied data programming and machine learning. Applicants who do not clearly meet the standard criteria may be asked for further information, an interview or a portfolio as part of holistic assessment. The standard English requirement for postgraduate study outside Kingston School of Art is IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in speaking, listening, reading and writing, or an accepted equivalent. English test results are normally valid for two years.
