Entry Requirements Academic Requirements; Graduate from LAM Accredited Part 1 Architecture programme with CGPA of 2.75 and above,; AND; At least 6 months working experience at a registered architect office, or a practice within the building industry after obtaining the degree.; OR; Graduate from LAM Accredited Part 1 Architecture programme with CGPA between 2.50 – 2.74,; AND; At least 12 months working experience at a registered architect office, or a practice within the building industry after obtaining the degree.; OR; Graduate from LAM Accredited Part 1 Architecture programme with CGPA between 2.00 – 2.49,; AND; At least 3 years working experience at a registered architect office, or a practice within the building industry after obtaining the degree.; *Portfolio review and interview are required for all applicants.; English Language Requirements; IELTS Academic; Band 5.0; Cambridge English Qualifications and Tests; 154; TOEFL iBT; 44+; Pearson Test of English; 47; MUET; Band 3.5; The faculty reserve the right to advise applicants who have met the minimum academic programme’s English Language Requirement to undertake additional English Proficiency courses.; The applicants who have met the respective academic programme’s English Language Requirement may be advised by Faculty to improve their proficiency by undertaking the additional English proficiency courses.; General Requirement; An admission interview is required for all candidates applying to the programme.
