Entry Requirements Academic Requirements; ; ​Foundation in Arts/ Science/ Equivalent; Minimum CGPA 2.5; ; STPM; (Arts/Science stream) Pass with minimum CGPA of 2.0 (or equivalent); Minimum Grade C for 3 subjects; ; ; ​A-Level; Minimum grade ‘D’ for 3 subjects including Mathematics; ; UEC; (Commerce/Science stream); 5 Credits (‘B’ grade) inclusive of Maths; ; ​National Matriculation; Minimum average of 60% in 6 subjects inclusive of: ** Additional Requirement ; ; ​SAM; Minimum average of 70% in 5 subjects including Mathematics; ; CPU; Minimum average of 65% in 6 subjects including Mathematics; ; International Baccalaureate; Minimum 26/42 points from 6 subjects; (Minimum score of 4/7 in Mathematics); ; Local Matriculation; Minimum CGPA 2.5; ; Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Degree/ equivalent; Minimum CGPA 2.67 or 60% overall marks from accredited Diploma in Quantity Surveying; AND Minimum credit Mathematics in SPM or grade ‘C’ in O-Level Subject to School discretion and credit transfer after reviewing transcript, syllabus description and portfolio; Maximum 30% credit transfer; ; ; Monash University Foundation year (MUFY); Minimum average of 55% inclusive of Mathematics; ; Other qualification deemed equivalent to STPM/A-Level by MQA; Students will be considered on a case by case basis.; ; **Faculty reserves the right to request an interview if deemed necessary.
