Entry Requirements
Applicants normally need a UK 2:2 honours degree or recognised international equivalent in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, project management or another related built-environment discipline. Relevant professional experience may support individual consideration. The course develops construction-project, commercial, risk, sustainability and operational management capability. The standard English requirement for postgraduate study outside Kingston School of Art is IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in speaking, listening, reading and writing, or an accepted equivalent. English test results are normally valid for two years.
