Entry Requirements
Applicants normally need a UK 2:2 honours degree or recognised international equivalent in civil engineering, structural engineering or a closely related built-environment discipline. Applicants should have sufficient preparation for advanced structural analysis, design, materials, construction technology and sustainability. Relevant professional experience may support a non-standard application. The standard English requirement for postgraduate study outside Kingston School of Art is IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in speaking, listening, reading and writing, or an accepted equivalent.
