Master of Teaching (Early Childhood)

Applicants need a completed recognised three- or four-year bachelor degree with a minimum GPA of 4.00 on QUT's 7-point scale. Prior study must include at least eight semester units, equivalent to one year of full-time study, relevant to one or more primary curriculum learning areas: English, mathematics, science, humanities and social sciences, arts, languages, health and physical education, or technologies. IELTS Academic or One Skill Retake: overall 7.5, listening 8.0, reading 7.0, writing 7.0 and speaking 8.0. The test must be completed within two years before the proposed start month. Students must also meet placement, blue-card and course-completion requirements, including the Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education Students.
